POTTSTOWN — It’s obviously not easy playing half of a football game at night and coming back to finish it off early the next morning. The muscles are tight, noticeably sore ... and the nicks, scrapes, bumps and bruises are a little more irritating than they’d be by the end of the weekend.
But there’s nothing like a quick touchdown to ease the pain and get one’s mind, body and soul back into a game.
Pottsgrove got that two snaps into Saturday morning’s resumption of Friday evening’s lightning-postponed affair at Pottstown.
Mark Dukes took a handoff and went 75 yards for a score as the Falcons scored on their first three possessions of third quarter en route to a 55-20 rout of the host Trojans.
