DENVER — The new start came with a somewhat-unfamiliar outcome.
Daniel
Boone opened its 2012 campaign — one sporting a new head coach and new
faces on the roster — by visiting Cocalico Friday. And it was a rough
one for both the Blazers and field boss Bill Parks, who came home from
their lid-lifter with a 40-7 loss.
The Eagles ran roughshod over
their guests, scoring all their points before Boone was able to get on
the board in the fourth quarter. They built a 19-point lead in the first
half, upping it to 33 prior to a fourth quarter that saw the home team
get one more score.
